The 12T Electric Sewage Suction Truck is a powerful, zero-emission sanitation solution engineered for demanding municipal and industrial sludge removal tasks. With a 5.5 m³ high-strength steel tank featuring electrophoresis anti-corrosion treatment, this vehicle delivers exceptional durability and service life in harsh operating environments.
Designed for maximum efficiency, the truck can fully evacuate its tank in under 5 minutes and achieve a suction depth of up to 8 meters, making it ideal for cleaning urban sewers, pipeline sediments, mud ditches, industrial drainage systems, and hard-to-reach corners. The system uses a 100 mm inner diameter suction pipe to ensure high-flow transfer of sludge, wastewater, and debris.
Powered by a robust rear-axle-drive electric system, the vehicle features a permanent magnet synchronous motor with 125 kW rated power (230 kW peak) and 450/900 N·m torque, enabling strong performance on gradients of ≥20%. It runs on a CATL 121.1 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, offering a 270 km driving range (mode-test) for full-day operational capability.
