Built on a reinforced chassis with enhanced bending and torsional rigidity, the XZ110EV maintains structural integrity under extreme loads and rough terrain. Its low center of gravity design improves stability during cornering and downhill braking—critical for safety on steep mine roads.

Power comes from a mature and reliable three-electric system:

  • CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery (528 kWh standard, with 396/700 kWh options)
  • Dual disc hub motors (or optional Lego motor configuration) delivering 495 kW rated / 800 kW peak power
  • FAST four-speed AMT or Qijiang two-speed transmission, optimized for mining duty cycles

This setup enables instant torque at low RPM, rapid acceleration from standstill, and a maximum gradeability of ≥30%—ensuring consistent performance even on the steepest ramps.

The truck’s 42 m³ (flat load) / 45 m³ (heaped) container maximizes material moved per cycle, while the long maintenance interval of core components ensures high vehicle availability.
