The 180 Platform Integrated Drive System is a high-performance electric drive unit (EDU) designed for mid-range electric vehicles, including passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. It integrates the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)inverter, and reducer into a single compact module—reducing weight, volume, and wiring complexity while improving thermal management and system efficiency.
The motor delivers peak power from 70kW to 100kW, with peak torque ranging from 175Nm to 270Nm, enabling strong acceleration and hill-climbing capability across different vehicle classes. The rated power spans 35kW to 50kW, and the rated torque ranges from 70Nm to 120Nm, ensuring efficient operation under normal driving conditions. With a maximum speed of 12,000rpm, it provides smooth and responsive performance in both city and highway driving scenarios.

Operating within a wide voltage range of 230–450V DC, the system is compatible with various battery configurations, supporting fast charging and extended driving ranges. The water-cooling system ensures stable

thermal performance under continuous high-load operation, preventing overheating during prolonged high-speed driving or repeated hard accelerations. This is critical for maintaining efficiency and extending the lifespan of the motor.
Engineered for reliability: operates reliably from -40°C to +125°C, withstanding vibrations up to 5g RMS and shock loads of 50G. The IP67-rated housing protects against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water, making it suitable for use in wet, dusty, or muddy environments typical of urban and rural roads.
