This integrated assembly combines the electric control unit, motor, and reducer into a single, compact structure, optimizing space utilization and significantly enhancing power density— a key advantage for modern vehicle design that prioritizes efficiency and performance.
One of the core strengths of this product is its high compatibility, which sets it apart in the market. It seamlessly supports both 400V and 800V voltage platforms, adapting to different charging and energy supply needs of new energy vehicles. Additionally, it is compatible with Si (silicon) and SiC (silicon carbide) materials, as well as synchronous and asynchronous motor solutions, providing flexible configuration options for automakers. The assembly also supports front and rear axle mounting, catering to diverse vehicle chassis designs, while meeting ASIL C/D functional safety standards to ensure safe and stable operation.
At the heart of the powertrain lies a high-speed oil-cooled motor with an OD210 specification and a maximum speed of 20,000rpm. This advanced motor design not only delivers impressive power output but also benefits from oil cooling technology, which efficiently dissipates heat to maintain optimal performance even under high-load conditions.
