The WMD1-33Z30L-2U is a high-performance dual-channel motor controller engineered for medium-to-heavy-duty electric vehicles such as electric trucks, construction machinery, and specialized work vehicles. It features two independent inverter channels, each capable of delivering 20kW continuous power and 30kW peak power for 1 minute, enabling precise control of dual motors or dual-wheel drives. The controller uses SiC MOSFETs for fast switching and low conduction losses, achieving an impressive >97% peak efficiency across the operating range.
Designed for extreme environments, it supports a wide input voltage range of 270–450V DC, making it compatible with various battery systems. The water-cooled heat sink ensures stable performance under prolonged high-load operation, with recommended coolant flow of 10–15L/min using a 50% water + 50% ethylene glycol mixture. The inlet temperature must not exceed 60°C, and the cooling system includes 14mm inner diameter / 21mm outer diameter water ports for easy integration into existing thermal management systems.

The controller supports both speed control mode and torque control mode, with a speed regulation ratio of 1:1000, allowing fine-tuned motor response from idle to full speed. It features built-in 1000μF bus capacitors to stabilize voltage during transient loads, and can deliver 160A RMS continuous current and 200A RMS for 1 minute (up to 235A RMS for 10 seconds). The output frequency ranges from DC to 800Hz, enabling smooth moto

operation at low speeds without cogging.
Engineered for harsh conditions: operates reliably from -43°C to +65°C, withstanding high humidity and altitudes up to +5000m.
