The EA135 Three-in-One Parallel Shaft Electric Axle is a highly integrated powertrain solution combining an induction motorinverter, and reducer into a single compact module. Designed for mid-to-high-end electric buses, logistics vehicles, and light commercial vehicles, it delivers high efficiency, low maintenance, and robust performance in demanding urban and intercity transport applications.
The system features a three-phase induction motor delivering 105kW peak power and 160Nm peak torque, with a rated power of 25kW and rated torque of 30Nm. The 11:1 reduction ratio amplifies torque to 1690Nm at the wheel end, enabling strong acceleration and hill-climbing capability under heavy loads. With a maximum speed of 14,000rpm, it supports efficient operation across city and highway driving scenarios.
Operating within a voltage range of 290–430V DC, the system is compatible with standard battery configurations used in commercial EVs. The water-cooling system ensures stable thermal performance under continuous high-load operation, preventing overheating during prolonged high-speed driving or repeated hard accelerations. This is critical for maintaining efficiency and extending the lifespan of all components.
Engineered for reliability: operates reliably from -40°C to +125°C, withstanding vibrations up to 5g RMS and shock loads of 50G. The IP67-rated housing protects against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water, making it suitable for use in wet, dusty, or muddy environments typical of urban and rural roads.
The integrated inverter provides advanced control algorithms, including field-oriented control (FOC), to optimize torque delivery, reduce cogging effects, and improve overall efficiency. The modular design allows for easy integration into existing vehicle platforms, reducing development time and cost for OEMs.
Manufactured under IATF 16949 with ISO 26262 ASIL-C functional safety compliance. All units undergo 1,000-hour accelerated life testing, thermal cycling validation, and full-load endurance tests. Supports white-label customization with rapid NPI cycles (14 days) and regional compliance packages (EU Type Approval, China CCC, U.S. DOT).
