The Heavy-Duty Alternator Series is a high-performance power generation solution engineered for commercial vehicles, construction machinery, mining equipment, marine vessels, and agricultural machinery. Designed to operate under extreme conditions, it features dual cooling systems: both internal fans and external finned heat sinks, ensuring stable operation even in high ambient temperatures or continuous high-load scenarios such as long-haul trucking or heavy excavation.
The series supports both 14V and 28V electrical systems, making it versatile for light commercial vehicles (14V) and heavy-duty military or industrial applications (28V). The rated output current ranges from 35A to 300A, with stator diameters between 115mm and 186mm, allowing scalable power delivery based on vehicle size and energy demand. Multiple units can be connected in parallel to meet higher power requirements—ideal for multi-engine setups or large-scale off-road operations.
Operating reliably across an extreme temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the alternators are built for global deployment—from Arctic winter environments to desert heatwaves. The IP55 protection rating ensures resistance to dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, protecting internal components from road debris, rain, and wash-downs in rugged field conditions.
The system supports a wide range of regulator types: single-function, multi-function, PWM, CAN, and LIN intelligent regulators, enabling integration with modern vehicle control networks. This flexibility allows seamless communication with engine management systems, battery monitoring units, and hybrid powertrain controllers—critical for optimizing fuel efficiency and reducing emissions. Optional snow-shedding diodes prevent voltage spikes during sudden load changes, while steel pulley or OAP/OAD designs provide compatibility with various belt tensioning systems.
Engineered for durability: withstands vibrations up to 5g RMS and shock loads of 30G. Manufactured under IATF 16949 with ISO 9001 quality compliance. All units undergo 1,000-hour accelerated life testing, thermal cycling validation, and full-load endurance tests. Supports white-label customization with rapid NPI cycles (14 days) and regional compliance packages (EU ECE R10, China CCC, U.S. DOT).
