The 600A Third-Generation Motor Controller is a high-performance inverter engineered for mid-to-high-end electric vehicles, including passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. It features SiC MOSFET-based power electronics, enabling ultra-fast switching speeds and minimal conduction losses, which contribute to its >97% efficiency across the operating range. The controller delivers 100kW continuous power and 160kW peak power for short bursts, making it ideal for applications requiring rapid acceleration or steep-grade climbing under full load.
With a rated current of 180A RMS and peak current of 400A RMS, this unit can handle extreme electrical loads without thermal throttling. The input voltage range of 250–750V DC ensures compatibility with various battery systems, from medium-voltage EVs to high-voltage platforms. The water-cooling system maintains stable performance under prolonged high-load operation, with optimized flow channels that dissipate heat efficiently even during continuous hill climbs or urban stop-and-go cycles.
Designed for harsh environments: operates reliably from -40°C to +125°C, withstanding vibrations up to 5g RMS and shock loads of 50G.
